Our home at 5704 Adams Ave in Central Austin, Texas is centrally located within walking distance to major bus routes, (12 min to UT Campus), light rail, local employers, grocery shopping and many restaurants. Our members also have walking proximity (0.9 mi) to the Northland Suburban Group of Alcoholics Anonymous which has daily meetings from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm seven days a week in a clubhouse environment.
The layout of the 3 bedroom, 3 full bath home allows for privacy and a open communal kitchen and living space. The bedrooms are very large allowing for a comfortable arrangement for two men. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The house is located on a large lot allowing for quiet and common outdoor activities.
